Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform, working closely with product and design leadership to ship AI-powered features end-to-end. You will own capabilities from technical design through to user-facing delivery, playing a meaningful part in shaping how organizations adopt AI at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build end-to-end product features spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
• Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.
• Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
• Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts, helping customers and the customer support team directly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent and sustained full-time product engineering work.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across both frontend and backend.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI technologies and experience building AI-powered product features.
• Proven track record delivering full-stack features end-to-end from concept through production deployment.
• Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers to shape product direction.
• Strong CS fundamentals, supported by a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Professional German proficiency (exceptional profiles without it may be considered).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with an intensive working style.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 66,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires working in person full-time.
