Performance Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits at the heart of a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, where you will take full ownership of paid media accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients across tech, energy, and enterprise sectors. You will manage seven- to eight-figure annual budgets and serve as a strategic partner driving measurable growth for clients. Your work directly shapes client outcomes and agency reputation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take end-to-end ownership of paid advertising accounts, making independent decisions on account strategy and development.
• Strategically plan and build new advertiser accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries.
• Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn, with the option to specialize in one or more channels.
• Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or growth opportunities.
• Manage client ad spend in the range of €10,000 to €100,000+ per month, allocating budgets for maximum ROI.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven hands-on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns at significant scale (€10k to €100k+ monthly spend).
• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.
• German language proficiency at a native or near-native level (C2) is required.
• Analytical, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Background in B2B performance marketing, ideally with experience handling larger budgets, longer sales cycles, or technical audiences.
• Roughly 1 to 6 years of relevant paid media experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €50,000 to €80,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
