Growth Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a performance marketing technology team helping brands grow through creative-led paid advertising. In this client-facing role, you will guide growth strategy, manage significant media budgets, and turn campaign performance into clear recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee annual media budgets ranging from $5 million to $50 million across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on efficient spend and account growth.
• Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop growth strategies that integrate creative performance with paid media planning and execution.
• Translate campaign and creative performance data into actionable insights for clients, creative teams, and media buyers.
• Improve media efficiency through funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement work.
• Collaborate with creative partners and media buyers to turn performance insights into effective content and scaled campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of paid media experience, generally within a 4 to 8 year range, ideally in an agency or consumer app environment.
• Deep expertise managing Meta advertising, plus hands-on experience with TikTok and Google campaigns.
• A track record managing and optimizing paid media accounts with seven-figure annual budgets.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and client communication skills, including experience leading stakeholder meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience combining creative performance insights with media buying strategy and optimizing beyond standard dashboard metrics.
• Mobile advertising measurement knowledge, including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners, is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $130,000 to $175,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
