Founding Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage procurement technology team as its first commercial hire. You will lead enterprise sales across the DACH region, building on early customer traction and creating a repeatable go-to-market playbook for future sales hires.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Close new business with enterprise and mid-market companies across the DACH region, including industrial organizations.
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upsells.
• Build relationships across complex buying committees, including procurement leaders, IT, Finance, and category managers.
• Partner with deployment specialists from the demo onward, leading the commercial process alongside their implementation work.
• Share pricing, product, and ideal customer profile insights with company leadership and the product team.
• Document a sales playbook for future account executives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise B2B SaaS deals.
• A record of personally closing six-figure annual contract value deals and consistently attaining meaningful quotas across multiple sales cycles.
• Experience selling enterprise software for supply chain management, vendor or supplier management, or finance functions such as accounts payable or budget control.
• Strong judgment in mapping stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Experience owning the complete enterprise sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation and expansion.
• Interest in procurement and sectors such as energy, automotive, and chemicals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation and equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
