Founder's Associate, Product

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing B2B AI company as a Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape a voice AI product by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI techniques.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems and inform product priorities.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand users' needs and pain points.
• Research market opportunities and competitors to support product strategy.
• Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and voice AI approaches.
• Triage product feedback and assess which issues merit engineering effort.
• Support the CTO with recruiting and evaluating engineering candidates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
• Experience working on AI or voice AI systems, or testing and evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Experience with competitive research and analysis, and participation in engineering hiring or technical evaluation.
• Experience in a fast-moving, experimental product or engineering environment; B2C product experience is relevant.
• Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, ownership, product judgment, and commercial instincts.
• Familiarity with current AI developments and openness to direct, candid feedback.
