Founder Associate Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on internship working directly alongside the founding team of a fast-moving AI recruiting startup. You will help connect high-caliber candidates with career-defining opportunities at top VC-backed companies, playing a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience as the platform scales rapidly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage relationships with incoming candidates, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience throughout the process.
• Help match exceptional talent with the right startup opportunities using internal workflows and tools.
• Support and optimize recruiting and operations workflows to handle growing candidate and company volume.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives across talent acquisition pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with founders on strategic and operational initiatives in a high-feedback, fast-iteration environment.
• Leverage social media and outreach channels to engage candidates and build brand presence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 months of internship or professional experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, sales, startups, or venture capital.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Strong academic track record, including high academic performance, attendance at a selective university, or substantial independent or technical projects.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and commit to a shared living and working (hacker-house) setup for the duration of the internship.
• Availability for 6-day work weeks during the internship period.
• Familiarity with the VC-backed startup ecosystem and how early-stage hiring works.
• Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, or recruiting operations is a strong plus.
• Social media savvy with any background in founder operations or community building is a bonus.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California. This role is intensely in-person: the team lives and works together in a shared hacker-house, enabling zero-commute, high-intensity collaboration. Visa sponsorship is available.
