Electrical Engineer
- Electrical Design:
- Develop electrical designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Conduct load calculations, lighting design, and power distribution design.

- Technical Reviews:
- Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations from team members and contractors.
- Ensure all electrical designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.

- Site Coordination:
- Visit construction sites to supervise electrical installations and ensure quality control.
- Verify compliance with drawings and specifications during all phases of construction.

- System Integration:
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (MEP, Civil) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.

- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to electrical engineering tasks.
- Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders.

- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for electrical-related inquiries from clients, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for client proposals and project kick-offs.

- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical systems are designed with safety in mind, following NFPA, IEC, and other safety standards.

- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on new technologies, trends, and regulations in electrical engineering and incorporate these into designs.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, LEED) are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience working on medium to large scale electrical design projects.
- Familiarity with real estate projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP.
- Understanding of power systems, lighting, grounding, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
