RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage 70+ high net worth relationships . The buck stops with you. You are fully accountable and responsible for leading and deepening these relationships.
• Drive clear planning & investment strategies . Lead the creation of detailed and rigorous financial & investment plans, leveraging our full decision support suite (MoneyGuide Pro, Kwanti, Excel, proprietary firm frameworks & templates). Maintain and course correct those plans over time with and for your clients.
• Coordinate the efforts of your colleagues . Leverage our CSAs, Trader, Founder & other Lead Planners to deliver outstanding service to your clients.
• Help us develop the firm . Interview, train and mentor, be an outspoken contributor to team meetings, take the lead on some non-client functions.
