Compensation: $25.76/hr + DOE + DOQ Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Benefits: We offer medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and a generous paid time off (PTO) policy.

Position Summary: This position supports Church at the Park's fundraising efforts by building and maintaining strong donor relationships, managing donor communications and CRM data, and coordinating donor engagement campaigns and events. This role works closely with Development, Communications, Finance, and Data teams to strengthen donor retention, grow recurring giving, and connect supporters to the organization's mission. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, technologically proficient, and passionate about serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
