Senior Product Designer

Product Design spans research, design, and implementation. We’re looking for a hands-on builder who is deeply curious about bringing developer workflows to agents.

Required Location: North America or Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design every detail of a product experience from initial concept to user flow to pixels.
• Understand the algorithms, policies, and prior art that underpin design.
• Research how customers work, then weigh the findings against business priorities to decide what to build.
• Verify implementation quality, including interaction behavior, accessibility, copy, and edge cases.
• Build durable design systems with components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents.
• Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions.
• Work with Marketing on visuals and content for the features you've shipped.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft.
• You’ve shipped technical products and demonstrate a deep understanding of their mechanics.
• You use coding agents, experiment with new workflows, and tune the quality of their output.
• You build prototypes and production UI in React.
• You work within existing design patterns and balance scope against business needs.
• You bring recommendations, seek feedback early, and change your mind with new data.
• You explain technical ideas and design decisions clearly in writing and visuals.

Salary Range: US $143K - US$162K + equity.
