Care Coach Programme

LEAPCare Africa invites Christian ministry leaders to explore becoming certified Care Coaches, providing compassionate, Scripture-grounded pastoral and spiritual care to employees and their families throughout South Africa. Our Care Coaches demonstrate Christ's love through meaningful relationships, confidential support, compassionate listening, and prayer when welcomed. We serve individuals of all faith backgrounds, helping them navigate life's challenges with dignity, encouragement, and hope.
