Corporate Attorney

The Corporate Attorney is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL, responsible for managing the company's full contract lifecycle, including the drafting, review, revision, execution, and administration of client and vendor agreements. The position partners closely with Operations and Finance on contract-related matters and customer/vendor onboarding, while supporting broader legal operations and compliance activities, including business licensing, insurance and certificate of insurance (COI) management, corporate entity maintenance, and litigation support.
