Program leadership and delivery- Lead the project through its phases: scoping and desk review, in-country co-design, implementation, and dissemination of results and lessons learned. - Co-design the workplan, budget, site selection, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework with the MoH, district health offices, partners, and the donor, and translate these into an implementation plan with clear milestones, owners, and risk mitigation. - Track progress against the workplan, budget, and indicators; anticipate delays and risks; and recommend course corrections to senior management and the donor. - Integrate TE activities into CHAI's existing MNCH platform in Bogor Regency and Bekasi City, working with CHAI colleagues to avoid duplication and maximize shared resources. - Ensure...
