Maintenance Specialist to Supervisor
[Job Summary]
The Maintenance Technician / Specialist is responsible for executing daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
[Job Description]
- Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, painting line robots, automation systems, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures promptly, with a strong focus on injection molding and robotic painting systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage accurately using the CMMS.
- Support 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement projects on the production floor.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding procedures.
Requirements
- Required: Proven hands-on experience in the electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and painting line robots.
- Solid overall experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and robotics programming/maintenance is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
- 1 to 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred).
