Finance & Administration Manager

  • Manage the overall finance, accounting, administrative, and operational activities of the Singapore entity
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting closing activities
  • Prepare the company’s Annual Report and related supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, financial documents, and expense settlement records
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to the Managing Director in Malaysia and headquarters in Korea
  • Coordinate with banks, external accounting firms, auditors, tax advisers, and relevant government authorities
  • Support statutory reporting, audit, tax filing, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Manage corporate documents, contracts, licenses, and other official records
  • Handle general office administration and operational matters
  • Support investment holding company-related administrative activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties required for the effective operation of the Singapore entity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Practical experience in finance, accounting, or corporate administration
  • Experience handling accounting closing and Annual Report preparation
  • Broad experience managing finance, administration, compliance, and general operational responsibilities within a small company, holding company, or regional office
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and timely reports
  • Comfortable coordinating with regional management, headquarters, auditors, banks, and external service providers
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Experience working in a Singapore-based holding company, regional headquarters, or small corporate entity
  • Familiarity with Singapore accounting, audit, tax, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a Korean or multinational company
  • Stable employment history and interest in a long-term position
  • Availability to join sufficiently early to complete a comprehensive handove
