The Systems Administrator manages and maintains a diverse and complex IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of systems across multiple platforms, including Windows and Linux servers, VMware virtual environments, and cloud service platforms, such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

The Systems Administrator will utilize ITIL best practices to effectively manage incidents, problems, and change control processes, ensuring minimal service disruptions.
