Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant, Marketing, will support the following Executives at Catalyst Brands, SVP Lifestyle Ingerated Marketing & Partnerships, VP Communication Experiential & Philanthropy and VP Corporate Media with calendar management, meeting preparation, assistance with reporting, travel and more as required. A successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, understands confidentiality and able to manage multiple priorities at once. This role requires a high level of judgment and the ability to work calmly under pressure, while ensuring all responsibilities are successfully met.
