Senior Stock Controller

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily stock for installation jobs, submit weekly and monthly summary reports, raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
- Collaborates with the Fitment Team and Scheduler Team to maintain adequate IoT device inventory and stock levels, ensuring seamless technician operations and adherence to the fitment schedule.
- Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
- Manage and oversee custom declaration processes.
- Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Configure units by linking them to SIM cards, ensuring an adequate supply of field-ready units in inventory.
- Perform initial assessments of field-returned units and allocate them to the appropriate locations.
- Monitor and manage SIM card usage, ensuring proper allocation and stock.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in stock control and warehouse.
- Strong proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office) and has experience in using warehousing system is preferable
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken is a MUST
- Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy.
