Construction Inspector (Electrical)
- Perform field inspections of electrical construction activities under the direction of senior inspection personnel. - Observe installation of conduit, cable tray, underground duct banks, grounding systems, lighting, motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, generators, and instrumentation equipment. - Verify work is being installed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable electrical codes. - Document daily construction activities, workforce levels, equipment usage, and project progress. - Assist in the review of submittals, RFIs, testing reports, and field documentation. - Witness and document equipment testing, startup, commissioning, and operational acceptance testing. - Identify and report nonconforming work, deficiencies,...
