RN Program Director Specialist

The RN Program Director Specialist is a dynamic, enterprise-level leader who provides operational, regulatory, and administrative support across multiple hospice programs. This role serves as a flexible resource to stabilize operations, ensure compliance, support growth initiatives, and guide teams through transitions such as leadership changes, system implementations, or special projects.

Working under the general direction of senior leadership, the RN Program Director Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance with hospice and Medicare/Medicaid requirements while strengthening operational performance and continuity of care across assigned programs.
