Operations Supervisor

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 12-15 team members. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring high-quality performance, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement in service delivery, while fostering a positive team environment and maintaining excellent client relationships. The successful candidate should also be able to work autonomously, demonstrate a positive, "CAN DO" with solutions focused attitude and must be able to demonstrate numeracy and analytical skills.
