Test Engineer Supervisor

ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Engineering Supervisor to lead the activities of the Test Engineering team on-site at our Valencia, California location. This position will lead Valencia's Test Lab, perform resource and workload management of Test personnel, coordinate program testing activities, and drive strategic improvements of Valencia's test capabilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Test Engineer, Project Engineer, or Technical Lead. This position requires a high level of communication skills to various leaders and functions within Aerospace Controls, including the senior management team
