Quality Control Specialist
They carry out activities supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System and handle matters related to corrective actions, audits, data analysis, and performance monitoring indicators (for both internal operations and suppliers), among others. They manage warranty claim processes across the organization to minimize the impact on the customer. They ensure the maintenance of Petrobras CRCC registration and ISO 9000 certification.
