- The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a cross between a strategic customer service rep (SCSR) and a manufacturing sales rep (MSR). This position will serve all the duties of a SCSR while performing the role of a MSR for specific strategic accounts. The ISR responds to customer inquiries or complaints regarding the organization's products and services. This position is also responsible for determining the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to organization policies.
