The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property- Utilize computer based software to generate documents- Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games- Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for- Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis- Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor-...
