Reports to: Food & Beverage SupervisorPrimary Purpose: Set up, services, and maintains all food and beverage in the Suites. Responsibilities: - Serves food and beverages to guests as required - Takes beverage orders and serves accordingly - Maintains cleanliness of Suites and work area - Suite set up as directed for Supervisor- Greets Suite guests and informs guests of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities - Other duties assigned
