SUMMARY: Greet and seat guests in restaurant in a courteous and timely manner, and ensure that they receive quality food and service. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. - Answer the phone. Take reservations, answer inquiries, take messages. - Seat guests, greet and show them to seats.- Maintain service in dining area.
