- General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines and SMS equipment - Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floor in a timely manner - Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix - Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians - Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines.
