SERVICE BARTENDER - SEASONAL

Reports to: Concessions Manager or Restaurant ManagerPrimary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down ofassigned bar.Responsibilities:- Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders to Wait Staff.- Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.- Set-up and close-down assigned work station.- Orders additional inventory from commissary.- Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.- Other duties as assigned.
