Server Casual Dining
- Greets guests and verbally acknowledges each guest promptly.- Serves as an ambassador of an excellent guest dining experience.- Prepares restaurant and tables for service.- Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards.- Shows enthusiasm towards guest and products.- Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality.- Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages.- Reconciles checks, thank guests and invites them back.- Clears and resets tables.- Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines.- Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.
