RESTAURANT SERVER - SEASONAL

Reports to: Restaurant ManagerPrimary Purpose: Responsible for providing food and beverage service to customers in the Winner's Circle Restaurant or Jockey Club. Responsibilities: - Prepare table settings and side stations in assigned area prior lo opening.- Greet customers, present menus, inform customers of daily specials or buffet offerings, make suggestions, answer questions and take beverage orders.- Process food and beverage orders In POS system.- Pick up and serve beverage orders from service bar to customers properly and in a timely manner.- Close out guest checks and collect payment from customer.- Process vouchers for credit cards and make change for cash transactions.- Assist bus staff with stocking, removing and resetting dishes, glassware, flatware, table...
