Player Services Lead - Full Time
- Verify all paperwork is accurately completed prior to sending to accounting/audit.- Verify funds received and disbursed to other departments.- Ensures that all local, state and federal rules and regulations are followed.- Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, and paperwork- Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed. - Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.- Performs the duties of the Cashiers or Main Bankers when needed.- Provides supervision to Player Services Reps I, II, and III. - Any and all duties as assigned by your Assistant Shift Manager or Above.
