PLAYER SERVICES CASHIER
- Have knowledge of casino Players Club program to enroll new guests in the program.- Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club, cashier's cage, as well as larger casino facility including promotions and special events to effectively communicate with guests.- Count into cash drawer (as needed) or open cash dispenser window and all corresponding programs.- Complete cash transactions including, but not limited to, TITOs, chip redemptions, cash advances, check cashing, digital wallet deposits/withdrawals, PA lottery tickets, slot jackpots, casino credit, Coinstar receipts, even cash exchanges, and sportsbook payouts.- Responsible for maintaining drawer inventory throughout and balancing at the end of shift.- Responsible for understanding all aspects of FINCEN and AML...
