Reports to: Guest Services ManagerPrimary Purpose: Operate Players' Lounge Service DeskResponsibilities:- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.- Sell betting carrels and manage seating map of Players' Lounge- Handle and resolve any customer needs or problems in Players' Lounge- Administer basic procedures for Park Rewards program- Turn televisions on and off; adjust channels as necessary- Sell programs and other racing related periodicals when required- Neatly and accurately complete inventory and till sheets.- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park services, promotions and events.- Assist other department personnel as directed.- Keep work area clean and neat, Display products as directed.- Attend meetings and training sessions as...
