GUEST ROOM INSPECTOR (FT)
- Inspects the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping personnel, ensuring that all rooms are prepared in a timely manner and maintained according to Cactus Petes standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff. - Ensures that fast and accurate execution of guest service standards are met and delivered in accordance with the Cactus Petes expectations. - Responsible for the supervision, examination and daily inspection of the quality of work in all rooms performed by assigned personnel and takes the appropriate steps to ensure that all rooms meet Cactus Petes standards. - Receives guest checkout information from the housekeeping office/ front desk, and takes immediate steps to ensure that all rooms are cleaned in a timely manner. -...
