- Provide stellar customer service.- Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area.- Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations.- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as: vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc.- Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes.- Prepare tables for guests including removal any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins.- Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times.- Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to...
