- Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Customer Service Program.- Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions.- Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine.- Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance. - Receives soft count funds from the count room, revenue drops from other departments. - Manage and monitor inventory levels and balance the NRT kiosks for a specific shift.- Assist Supervisor with deposits to outside banking institution.- Communicate status of fluctuating cash levels to appropriate management.- Works the Player Services frontline window as assigned.- Answers phone calls with...
