- Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with.- Uses exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal guests.- Maintains a high level of productivity.- Communicates openly with others to aid in the smooth operation of the gaming facility.- Pays close attention to detail by accurately completing paperwork and ensures the volume of work produced in the relation to reasonable expectations.- Must have basic computer skills. This position uses the computer for ACSC functions. - Other duties may be assigned.
