Cocktail Server - Part Time
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards. - Responsible for knowledge of PLCB and RG standards. - Responsible for knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends. - Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled. - Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system. - Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training- Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties. - Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
