ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: - Responsible for providing a positive guest experience by making and serving daiquiris, drinks, and food items. - Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.- Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and lubricating daiquiri freezers according to designated schedule and instruction.- Takes drink and food orders at the counter and/or the drive through window.
