Banquet Attendant - OC
- Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc, for full service of banquet events. Examples: laying table linens, setting china and silverware, filling water pitchers and brewing coffee. - Responsible for preparing any items that will be present on the tables when guest enter, including salt and pepper, sugar bowls, rolls and butter and salad dressings.
