BAKER
- Adhere to all HCCTR as well as all Food and Beverage Policies - Follows batch recipes on all desserts as instructed by Executive Pastry Chef. - Keep bakery clean at all times - Properly stores and rotates all baked goods and ingredients. - Ensures that the bakery items are always stocked and ready for our guests. - Works closely with other departments to ensure that our guests receive the best dining experience we can offer - Ensures all waste is logged into the waste book - Bakes bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries and any task assigned to you by the pastry Chef - Prepares items in accordance to restaurant order guides - Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certifications
