Associate Director, Value Creation

We are looking for an Associate Director to join Vista's Value Creation Team (VCT), the operating team within Vista Equity Partners (VEP). Individuals in this role will work closely with senior VEP stakeholders and senior executive teams at our portfolio companies to identify value creation opportunities aligned to the Investment Thesis and support their execution and long-term success. They will be assigned to multiple portfolio companies and function as one of the primary liaisons to the portfolio company.
