Foreman

Taylor's Construction is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews in the safe and efficient execution of telecommunications and utility infrastructure construction projects. This role is field-based and responsible for supervising installation activities, coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and mentoring crew members to meet project schedules and performance expectations.

The Foreman serves as the on-site leader with direct responsibility for crew direction, work execution, safety compliance, and communication with superintendents, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
