Shop Lead Technician

The Shop Lead Technician is responsible for performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of heavy equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines. Works as a leader of a team to provide mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals. Primarily responsible for establishing production goals, supervising, training and evaluating service employees to ensure that work is performed in support of company's department goals.
