Regional Registered Nurse

- Provide effective communication to improve health literacy. Work with care managers to assist with the development of Life Plans based on mutual goals with the individual, individual's circle of support, and provider's plan as appropriate.

• Function as a resource to support care managers who need assistance with complex or problematic health care issues with members.
