Enrollment Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)
- Acts as the central point of contact for individuals and families calling to inquire about entry into services
- Gathers initial information from the caller and assesses if the referral needs to be directed to one of the regional Enrollment Specialists, or if a reference to a different service type is appropriate
- Enters initial demographic data into enrollment platform; Enrollment Coordinator will mail or email enrollment packet specific to the Enrollment Specialist's Region for new inquiries.
- Support the Enrollment Specialist with making engagement calls to ensure families follow through on sending the documents needed for the enrollment process.
