WHO are we looking for?

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Transactions Counsel to join our internal legal team. This attorney will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, with primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of complex commercial agreements.
