At cabi, we’re redefining what it means to build a fashion brand—one rooted in connection, confidence, and purpose. As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, and every team member plays a role in creating meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. If you’re energized by creativity, inspired by empowering others, and excited to contribute to a brand that blends style with substance, you’ll feel right at home here.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can own our recurring reporting and also dig into the open-ended questions that come up across the business. About half of the role is keeping our core reporting accurate, reliable, and increasingly automated. The other half is ad hoc analysis and project work, where you'll partner with teams across the company to answer the questions behind their biggest decisions.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys both building things that run smoothly and solving new problems. You should be comfortable taking a loosely defined request, figuring out what's really being asked, and turning it into a clear analysis and recommendation. Because our work goes to executives, the board, and external partners, a high attention to detail is essential.

We also use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter, and we're looking for someone who is excited to do the same.

What You'll Do

Reporting, maintenance, and automation

  • • Own and maintain a portfolio of recurring reports and Tableau dashboards used by executives and teams across the company
  • • Monitor data refreshes and pipelines, troubleshoot issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed when something breaks
  • • Find manual or repetitive reporting work and automate it, using SQL, scripting, and AI tools to make reporting faster and more reliable
  • • Build and maintain data transformation pipelines in our cloud data warehouse (Snowflake) that feed reporting and analysis
  • • Write clear documentation for reports, metric definitions, and data logic so the team can support each other's work
  • • Validate data and check your work so the numbers we publish can be trusted

Ad hoc analysis and projects

  • • Partner with stakeholders across the company to understand the business questions behind their requests
  • • Turn vague or loosely defined asks into specific questions, scoped analyses, and clear timelines
  • • Help develop data products for teams across the organization that keep them informed and guide their decision making
  • • Design and build new Tableau dashboards from the ground up, from gathering requirements and modeling the data to final design
  • • Run analyses that apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations, explain performance, and identify opportunities, then present findings in plain language with clear recommendations
  • • Guide stakeholders through what the data means for their decisions, including where it has limits
  • • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, explore new approaches, and prototype solutions, and share what you learn with the team

What You Bring

  • • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
  • • Strong SQL skills and experience working in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
  • • Hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards from scratch, including data modeling, calculations, and thoughtful visual design
  • • Experience building or maintaining data transformation pipelines
  • • Regular, practical use of AI tools in your work, and genuine curiosity about how AI can change the way analytics gets done
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences
  • • Ability to take an ambiguous request, ask the right questions, and turn it into a focused analysis
  • • High attention to detail: you catch errors before anyone else does, sanity-check numbers against what you know about the business, and hold yourself to a standard of accuracy fit for executive and board reporting
  • • Comfort managing several priorities at once and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
  • • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or business, or equivalent experience
  • • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams in a fast-moving environment
  • • A strong team player who supports colleagues and takes ownership and accountability for the team's work

Nice to Have

  • • Experience with dbt or a similar transformation tool
  • • Python for data processing, automation, or analysis
  • • Experience in retail, fashion, direct sales, or another consumer business
  • • Familiarity with performance marketing and acquisition platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
  • • Familiarity with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration
