📍 Location: Leeds, LS7 🏥 Site: NHS Building 🕗 Hours: Saturday & Sunday | 20:00 – 07:00 💷 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour 📅 Pay Frequency: Monthly ➕ Additional Overtime Available at local sites during the week

⭐ About the Role

We are looking for a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team, providing security services at an NHS facility in Leeds (LS7).

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working independently, maintaining high standards of security, and delivering excellent customer service.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors ✅ Conduct regular internal and external patrols ✅ Monitor access and egress points ✅ Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally ✅ Complete incident reports and site documentation accurately ✅ Liaise with NHS staff, contractors, and emergency services when required ✅ Ensure site policies and procedures are followed at all times

🎯 Requirements

✔ Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Professional and reliable approach to work ✔ Ability to work independently and remain vigilant ✔ Previous security experience desirable but not essential
